Hot Peri Peri Fries

- 1500g Fries
- 45g Chef's Pass Peri Peri Hot Marinade
- 15g Salt
- Fry fries at 180°C until crisp and golden.
- Drain off excess fat and place into a metal bowl.
- Sprinkle over Peri Peri marinade and salt and toss to coat.
- Serve in a fryer basket.
