  • 45g Chef's Pass Peri Peri Hot Marinade
  • 15g Salt

Method

  1. Fry fries at 180°C until crisp and golden.
  2. Drain off excess fat and place into a metal bowl.
  3. Sprinkle over Peri Peri marinade and salt and toss to coat.
  4. Serve in a fryer basket.
