Ingredients

  • 800g Roasted Peppers
  • 400g Tomato Passata
  • 150g Vegetable Stock
  • 80g Sugar
  • 80ml White Wine Vinegar
  • 60g Chef's Pass Hot & Spicy Marinade
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together and blend.
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes, then check seasoning.
  3. Allow to cool and then use as desired.
  4. Serve in small bowls.
