Hot & Spicy Table Sauce
Serves 10 people | Cooks In 30 mins
- 800g Roasted Peppers
- 400g Tomato Passata
- 150g Vegetable Stock
- 80g Sugar
- 80ml White Wine Vinegar
- 60g Chef's Pass Hot & Spicy Marinade
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together and blend.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes, then check seasoning.
- Allow to cool and then use as desired.
- Serve in small bowls.
