Lemon & Herb Nachos

- 1000g Nacho chips
- 60g Chef's Pass Peri Peri Lemon & Herb Marinade
- 250g Lemon & Herb Soured Cream
- 150g Jalapeños
- 250g Quartered Cherry Tomatos
- 200g Diced Red Onion
- 20g Chopped Coriander
- 2x Limes
- 4x Diced Avocados
- 25g Diced Red Chillies
- 50g Granulated Sugar
- Mix the diced onion, avocado, red chilli and coriander in a bowl and add the zest and juice of the limes and the granulated sugar.
- Toss the nacho chips gently in the lemon & herb seasoning.
- Scatter the seasoned chips over the serving place.
- Spoon over the salsa mic and lemon & herb soured cream.
- Scatter over cherry tomatoes and jalapeños.
- Serve on a round plate.
