Lemon & Herb Nachos

  • 1000g Nacho chips
  • 60g Chef's Pass Peri Peri Lemon & Herb Marinade
  • 250g Lemon & Herb Soured Cream
  • 150g Jalapeños
  • 250g Quartered Cherry Tomatos
  • 200g Diced Red Onion
  • 20g Chopped Coriander
  • 2x Limes
  • 4x Diced Avocados
  • 25g Diced Red Chillies
  • 50g Granulated Sugar

  1. Mix the diced onion, avocado, red chilli and coriander in a bowl and add the zest and juice of the limes and the granulated sugar.
  2. Toss the nacho chips gently in the lemon & herb seasoning.
  3. Scatter the seasoned chips over the serving place.
  4. Spoon over the salsa mic and lemon & herb soured cream.
  5. Scatter over cherry tomatoes and jalapeños.
  6. Serve on a round plate.
