Lemon & Herb Rice

- 200g Long Grain Rice
- 20g Vegetable Stock Paste
- 400ml Water
- 9g Chef's Pass Peri Peri Lemon & Herb Marinade
- 18g Tinned Red Peppers
- Slurry the vegetable stock paste, lemon and herb seasoning and water together.
- Blend the red peppers and mix with other ingredients.
- Place in a gastro tray/ovenproof dish or rice cooker.
- Cook at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Serve in a round bowl.
