Peri Peri Hot Coleslaw

- 115g Grated Carrots
- 150g Shredded Red Cabbage
- 15g Sliced Spring Onion
- 50g Shredded Kale
- 100g Peri Peri Hot Mayonnaise
- 3x Limes
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Serve in a bowl with a serving spoon and fork.
