- 1000g Butternut Squash, peeling into thin strips
- Salt to taste
- Toss the thing strips into a fryer heated to 160°C until they stop bubbling.
- Remove from the fryer and drain off the excess fat and allow to cool.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Serve in a fryer basket.
