  • 1000g Butternut Squash, peeling into thin strips
  • Salt to taste

  1. Toss the thing strips into a fryer heated to 160°C until they stop bubbling.
  2. Remove from the fryer and drain off the excess fat and allow to cool.
  3. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Serve in a fryer basket.
