- 1500g Wedged Sweet Potato
- 45g Chef's Pass Peri Peri Mild Marinade
- 45ml Vegetable Oil
- Mix the Chef's Pass Peri Peri Mild Marinade and oil together and cost the potato wedges evenly.
- Arrange on a roasting tray ensuring they are not too crowded.
- Roast in an oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until soft with slightly charred edges.
- Serve in a ceramic roasting dish.
