Terms & Conditions – Chef’s Pass Money Back Guarantee
1. This money back guarantee is open to United Kingdom bona fide caterers and chefs aged 18 and over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the guarantee. 2. This money back guarantee is available only for cases of Chef’s Pass Piri Piri Marinades (4 x 450g) or Cases of liquid Onion Reduction (12 x 90g). If you are not satisfied with the product variant you purchased you are entitled to claim your money back. 3. This money back guarantee is available from 15th March 2016 until 31st December 2016. Claims must be received no later than 31st January 2017. 4. IMPORTANT: You must retain your original itemised till receipt or sales invoice and the unwanted Product as these will be required to claim your money back. 5. To claim the Money Back Guarantee please send your business name and address, the reason why the Chef’s Pass product was not to your satisfaction (minimum of 20 word statement), your original itemised till receipt or sales invoice and the unwanted Product to Chef’s Pass Money Back Guarantee, PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR. Your original sales receipt/invoice must be dated within the promotional period 1st March 2016 – 31st December 2016. Claims to be received no later than 31st January 2017. Claims received after this date will not be valid. For money back claims to be valid there must be at least 3 unused sealed 450g pots of Chef’s Pass Piri Piri Marinades returned and for Chef’s Pass Liquid Onion Reduction, 11 unused 90g sachets must be returned along with all packaging for the entire case of product purchased. Postage must be covered by claimant and will not be refunded. 6. Claims submitted with insufficient postage will have the postage deficit and Royal Mail surcharge deducted from their refund, if the total refund becomes a negative figure, no refund will be issued and your claim will be deemed as invalid. 7. For the avoidance of doubt, the Money Back Guarantee cannot be claimed via any wholesaler. 8. The Money Back Guarantee is limited to one claim of one Chef’s Pass money back claim per business despite which product variant has been purchased. 9. No photocopies will be accepted. No bulk claims, claims from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible claims or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. One claim per stamped envelope. 10. Responsibility is not accepted for claims lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Claims (including receipts and product returned) will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned. 11.Each valid claim will receive a cheque to the value of the Chef’s Pass product as stated on the original receipt to a maximum of £40.00 for a 4 x 450g case of Chef’s Pass Piri Piri Marinade or maximum £15.00 for a case of Chef’s Pass Liquid Onion Reduction. Cheques for valid claims will be sent within 28 days of receipt of valid claims. 12. Cheques refunds will be made payable to the name of the business stated in the claim, which must match the name of the business stated on the original itemised receipt/invoice. Cheques will not be issued to individuals. 13. By entering the Money Back Guarantee, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this money back guarantee only. All entry instructions form part of the rules. 14. Statutory rights remain unaffected. 15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
